REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, money back  guarantee on all of our frames.

Return the frames within 30 days of the purchase date in their original case, with any accessories and/or items that they were shipped with.  We will issue your refund after the frames have been received. Please note that due to the custom work required for adding lenses to frames, those costs cannot be refunded. This includes prescription, UV or polarized lenses.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling.

EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, free exchange on all “frame only” orders.

Return the frames within 30 days of the purchase date in their original case, with any accessories and/or items that they were shipped with, and we will send you another frame. If there is a difference in price between the exchanged frame and the new frames you will be charged or credited accordingly. Please note that due to the custom work required for adding lenses to frames, frames with prescription and/or non-prescription lenses installed cannot be exchanged. Any lens work requested on the new frames will be billed accordingly.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling as well as the shipping costs for the new/exchanged frame.

PRODUCTION ISSUES

If the glasses have been incorrectly produced by the lab, we will correct them to the specifications of the original order at no additional expense to you. There will be no changes made, however, from the original order specifications (prescription, lens type, frame, color changes). We do not provide full refunds; rather the original order is fulfilled.

RETURN POSTAGE

We do not refund postage until and unless it has been determined that the glasses were incorrectly produced, at which time we’ll refund USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate charges only, per pair returned. We are not responsible for charges incurred in sending items back by non-USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or any similar method of shipping.
